Who is Lean for Leaders for?
Lean for Leaders is aimed at Leaders and Key Senior Decision Makers in SMEs in the Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown area with more than 30 employees and a turnover above €500,000.
What’s involved?
This Lean for Leaders programme focuses on the fundamentals of the Shingo Model and how it relates to improving an organisation’s culture, performance, and profitability through lean principles applied by leaders at all levels of the organisation.
What is the duration of the programme?
Lean for Leaders runs over 12 weeks consisting of 8 online classroom sessions and 1:1 mentor meetings. Each Leader will undertake a specific improvement project that will create a significant positive impact on your organisation.

What’s the cost?
The registration fee is €250 per company. The full value is over €2,000 but this cost is significantly reduced with support from Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown Council.
When is the next Lean for Leaders?
The next programme starts on 2nd February 2023 and places are limited.
